Hi,

I have an old PC and need to find information about the graphics card that is fitted, manufacturer and model. I looking for Win 98 drivers.

The only information that I have is the card part number:
TNT2 M64 32MB SDR PCI Vga.

There is also this number but I'm not sure what it represents:
PV-TO3B-B4FB- v2.0 W11/02.

I've fired both numbers into Google but got nothing useful.

Any advice or a good steer would be much appriciated

Telemon, if you still need help, Riva TNT is an old nVidia card and you should still be able to get the driver from their legacy section

Wow a TNT2 card?! :o That came out around 1997 (I remember I upgraded to a TNT to play HALF LIFE). You could always upgrade to a VooDoo2  (first dual GPU card ever...was the shiznit back then)

I have a TNT2, ATI9800 Pro, and an Nvidia card that came after the TNT2 (forgot what that was now) sitting in my spares pile...

Greetings and thanks to you all for your replies.
I have downloaded the drivers successfully.

Faamechanic, I still have an old PC which was built in the mid 90s with Win 98 installed. I use it for some older games. I work on the principle that if it aint broke don’t meddle with it!

Anyway to me ’97 is not that long ago. I can probably claim to be the oldest player and writer on Silent Hunter, I’ll be 77 this year.

I still have my first computer; it’s a Thornton P221 slide rule!

As we used to say in the Royal Air Force “Get some in laddie” ;)

I'm considering replacing my old grapics card with a new one, and it needs to be AGP..*Haven't taken the step up to PCI-E yet...shame on me...* Price is of no concern. What would you folks recommend?

My last rig had AGP and the highest I could find for it was NVidia 7800gt, It was a really good card and performance matched the P4 HT CPU.

IIRC hottest available now for AGP

Wow an original silent hunter player...good health to you Sir.

Yea to me the later part of 1990s doesn't feel to have been too long ago either. I've had some fond memories from those years. Live in the present treasure your memory and Be ready for the future.

Just curious. Would you mind me asking are you familiar with Silent Hunter 3 and GWX?
