Now I know why?

What does New World Order mean anyway? Whatever it is ... I don't like it.
Sounds like too much power in one camp.

I thought Bush and Thatcher started that trend back in the 80's ...

At approx 2.49 minutes on this video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GThfWVCfjVo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GThfWVCfjVo),

Henry Kissinger is heard talking about Obama and the New World Order.

Henry Kissinger says:“The president-elect is coming into office at a moment when there is upheaval in many parts of the world simultaneously… … “You have India, Pakistan; you have the jihadist movement. So he can’t really say there is one problem, that it’s the most important one. But he can give new impetus to American foreign policy partly because the reception of him is so extraordinary around the world. His task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, really, a new world order can be created. It’s a great opportunity, it isn’t just a crisis.”

Drew Zahn, reports here (http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.printable&pageId=85442) -“… According to Henry Kissinger, the Nobel Peace Prize winner and former secretary of state under President Nixon, conflicts across the globe and an international respect for Barack Obama have created the perfect setting for establishment of “a New World Order.”{In 1989 President Bush said …]

“A new partnership of nations has begun, and we stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment,” said Bush before a joint session of Congress. “Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective – a new world order – can emerge: A new era … in which the nations of the world, east and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony.”

“There is a need for a new world order,” Kissinger told PBS interviewer Charlie Rose last year, “I think that at the end of this administration, with all its turmoil, and at the beginning of the next, we might actually witness the creation of a new order – because people looking in the abyss, even in the Islamic world, have to conclude that at some point, ordered expectations must return under a different system.”

The new world order? When you see Jerusalem dying without friend or ally then you can say a new world order is taking form. When nations come against her with the overspreading of abominations making desolate. Watch Jerusalem, on a manuevering board solution she is 'e' all direction, speed and events are relative to her.

Personally I believe for the moment the U.S. is allied with Israel and don’t think any king could do much against her with the U.S. military presence so nearby. I could be waaay out in left field with this, but because of the percieved faithful relationship the U.S. has with Israel. It has to be moved out of the way. My guess regarding the inevitable is …
1. the U.S. stands down from the region removing troops and leaving Iraq in the name of peace opening the door to a united islamic kingdom
2. the U.S. is made weak by a round(s) of economic or NBC warfare forcing our removal from the region opening the door to a united islamic kingdom
3. something I have trouble imagining could happen is in time we eventually forsake our relationship with Israel becoming beholden to a united islamic kingdom
4. just for kicks, as extremely unlikely as it it seems, presently because of the controlling U.S. presence in Nebuchad-nezzars old kingdom we are that 4th kingdom

I always think about the hour glass U.S. goes down first then Israel.

The antipathy of the Iranian regime to Zionism and Israel has never been a secret, but it was not until the "World without Zionism" congress held in Iran, in anticipation of Al-Qods (Jerusalem) day, that extremist President Ahmedinejad announced the goal of wiping Israel off the map. Wiping out Israel is not alone on his agenda. Of course, nobody should have had any illusions about the purpose of a "World Without Zionism" conference and the fact that the President of Iran chose to address it, but his remarks caused quite a stir. He repeated the threat on Al-Qods day. Israel is not the only country to wipe out. While he's at it, Ahmedinejad plans to get rid of the US too:

"... They [ask]: 'Is it possible for us to witness a world without America and Zionism?' But you had best know that this slogan and this goal are attainable, and surely can be achieved.

"Very Soon, This Stain of Disgrace [i.e. Israel] Will Vanish from the Center of the Islamic World - and This is Attainable"

This is the new world they seek unified in its centuries old hatered of a people whom He has called the apple of His eye.

I read a good book about Kissinger a few years back and decided he was an evil man.

funny thing was I was at my in-laws's dacha in Russia and they had some friends round. The guy used to work in the Russian embassy in Washington..KGB I think.

Anyway I said I had just read book on Kissinger and was about to launch into a tirade against him when his wife piped up with "Oh I think Kissinger is great.." Well at least I was warned before I put my foot in it and wisely kept quiet.

New World Order means whatever the hell you want it to.
Not a very scary phrase.

Good save ... I wish I had that kind of save when I launched into an angry view of what I thought about Jimmy Carter and his aborted attempt to rescue the hostages in Iran.

Oh well, at least I got my foot back, but I had to learn how to shut my mouth since that day.

This was 24 years ago when I was only forty ... Now I'm more mature and realize you don't talk to the NSA people like that. :o

+1. Whenever Kissinger or most other old realpolitik players refer to a new world order they are definitely not thinking of a bunch of shadowy elite ruling from behind the curtains in a secret Illuminati branch or something fantastical like that.

In this context he's talking about innovating American foreign policy... something to adjust the West's stance and change the balance of power in the world. Nothing secret or unusual about that.
