Renoun question

In SH3, one could "cheat" and edit their renoun to any level thus making purchasing upgrades easy. Like upgrading from an Type VII to a type XXI, that would cost you a certain amount of renoun.

However, in SH4, renoun does not work in such cases.

Nevertheless, renoun in SH4 does come to use. Buying upgrades such as radar, guns, and torpedos. I need enough renoun to purchase the Mk. 16 torpedos. I mean I have enough now, but if I purchanse more than 10, I'll be broke.

Could somebody refresh my memory on just how to edit your renoun in SH4?

I would ask in the modding forum section someone there might know the answer.

Personally I usually have more renown than I can spend after a few patrols and never found this to be an issue.

I WISH there was more I could do with this renown. I'm sitting on over 70,000 renown and keep paying for torpedoes and still can't get rid of the stuff. SH3 was more of a deal because you had to pay for your sub upgrade, SH4 though is just giving me free subs so I have way too much renown saved up.

Can I spend renown to get those bikini clad supermodel crew members? :rotfl:
