Miss a officer in SHIII !!!

Dear buddies,
How are you & wish you all have a wonderful coming X'mas time !!!
As I play with the GWX2.1 with problem (may be my display card problem). So, I get back to the origin game with :-
1] Upgrade version to 1.4b
2] Use with JSGME v.2.2.0.120
3] SH3 Commander later version
I also use mod of "Officers Faces by THORN" and other mods that I interest in.
Now what I face matters are, I miss am officer while in next patrol, but the log is clearly shown 5 officers (my recent is VIIB sub), but actually only has 4 on duty! The 2nd problem is sometime during patrol in the water (surface), I founf out there are only 1 engine work, the other is stop !!
So, would anybody could help to solve my problem? Frankly, I don't wanna start a new camp. !!! :-(

Officer faces by Thorn Has a problem that sometimes TGA’s vanish if you point to the station where the officer is meant to be will it show his status if so that’s what has happened …sometimes you loose an officer if you leave him in damage control and return to port if this is the case he is gone forever or until you start a new career.:nope:
How do you know only one engine is working when on the surface has the damage screen shown this:hmm:

The officer disappears when left in the damage control compartment while docking to your port. It's an original SH3 bug.


The second engine is running - but recharging the batteries.
Watch what happens when your LI (CE) tells you the batteries are fully recharged.

Note your officers names in game
At patrol end run SH3commander
Dismiss the missing one and hire a new one

Its very boring when it happens...
But its like Mittelwaechter says its a old bug! :shifty:

I'm not on my home pc right now, but you either click on him and right click to be given a choice or click on him and there might be something like a 'dismiss' or 'transfer' button.

I'm in sea patrol, I can dismiss or do something in SH Commander. Is it could recruit or dismiss while my sub is in the port ?

I think its better if you do it in port, to avoid glitches and such.
