Bucking the current economic downturn the SH creators are taking on extra workers (http://www.financiarul.ro/2008/12/04/ubisoft-romania-to-hire-120-more-until-mid-2009/), hopefully ramping up for the development of SH5! Nice to see that this includes a large proportion of testers to stamp out those nasty bugs.

And they are exactly correct. An economic downturn is prime time for video games. Nice to see that they have good business sense. Hope something good comes out of it!

Hey, I could use a job like that! Unfortunately I'm nowhere near Romania, have no qualifications and no experience.

*sigh*

Only qualification you need is to be willing to work for 3.50 $ per Hour.

Ubisoft Romania is much more than the SH team...

I would gladly work 12-15 hour days testing video games even for 3.50 per hour Imagine the ease of the job. Would be better if that included medical insurance. Eye strain and bladder retintion could be a future problem in that line.

Only because it isn't up to us!

With direct2drive there really is no excuse for leaving the house now anyway.

You mean there are already teams for "Destroyer Command 2" & "Tom Clancy's Modern Submarine Warfare" That's great to know, thanks Dan!

Not as Subsim! We patrol with blinders on! If it were up to us, we would gladly request that UBI Romania do nothing but submarine/naval games:D:rock:
