Hyper inflation, food shortages, no fuel, medical care non existant and disease.
Robert Mugabe has managed to keep himself in power, but the end may be near

If you can't keep the people with guns happy, you may not be in power much longer. If there are more cases like this in the coming weeks, Mugabe's rule might be near for ending. Just a pity that he had to destroy the country before giving it up.:stare:

Surely Mugabe will never give up - he will use bribes and brutality to quell the opposition. If Zimbabwe is ever to be delivered from the dreadful state it is now in, it will be over his dead body I think.

I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to make that a reality!:yep:
IT will have to get a lot worse before it gets better. Mugabe won't give up because his ego won't let him. He believes that he is right, and everything happening against him is the fault of others. He won't leave quietly as what fun is there in being a refugee in another country where you have no power?
It will come down to the fact that he won't be able to pay off enough of the key people in the end, so they will turn on him.

Now Mugabe is begging for help!

I do feel sorry for the people of Zimbabwe, but I think the best thing to do would be to refuse help, unless he stood aside. That would give a clear choice to him.
The fact that it is now affecting South Africa (cholera) shows that it has gone to far and the countries of Africa need to finaly stand up and say no more.
