Frozen dials in Periscope_TDC_1.2 mod

Just installed this as an alternative to the olce gui cause I don't really like how it sets the scopes to a fixed magnification. But it really doesn't seem to work... Maybe it's a mod conflict or something.. What happens is all the dials you see on the right side of the scope are frozen and refuse to move. The ONLY thing that works properly is the tube selection buttons. The AOB, range, torpedo speed/depth etc are all frozen. And the u-jagd tools included in the mod also refuse to work. The scale that's supposed to spin doesn't move, and the attack disk won't even appear on the screen at all.

For some reason it didn't like to be turned on at the same time as Integrated Orders ... so I just flicked that off since it doesn't change much anyways.
