The glittering ignorance of these Obama voters frightens me. Basically, we American taxpayers are at the mercy of these uninformed idiots. This proves that alot of Americans went to the polls not even knowing what they were voting for. They were just star-struck with an image. People like this have a duty not to vote.
D-Day has begun.
With your help and the help of almost 50,000 other Americans, we at the National Republican Trust PAC — also known as GOPtrust.com — have begun our TV assault in Georgia against Barack Obama and the left-wing Democrats who want total control over Congress.
Our new TV ad has begun to run across Georgia exposing Obama's plans.
As you know, Republican Senator Saxby Chambliss is fighting to keep his Georgia seat in GOP hands.
It is critical he does so. Chambliss will be the key Senate vote in stopping Obama's radical agenda.
But Sen. Chambliss faces an incredibly stiff challenge from his opponent Jim Martin.
Just last week Obama, Chuck Schumer and Washington Democrats poured almost $1 million into the state to defeat him.
They are bussing in thousands of "organizers" to snatch this election from the GOP.
This is why our campaign is so vitally important.
Fox News analyst Dick Morris says this election is vitally important to all of us across the country.
Morris says if Obama wins the Georgia seat, he will ram through Congress a radical agenda on taxes, guns, abortion — he can even shut down talk radio!

Absolutely untrue Hunter. In fact Zogby (a Democrat) won't do a reciprocal poll like this for the McCain voters. You want to know why? He knows it would actually be alot different. Actually most Republicans voted for McCain knowing exactly what they were getting, and understood quite well what an Obama presidency would be in terms of policy. These Obama voters are clueless dolts who don't even understand the impacts of their vote, and how it will affect them.

Alot of them are. But these clueless Democrats truly frighten me. These people don't know anything about what they voted for and were too lazy to learn. It shows that a great many people of the Democrat persuasion voted for an image, and not on any substance. I don't want people like this determining things as critical as taxes on corporate entities, taxes on individual income, energy policy, national defense issues, etc. etc.....
On a different note, here's the story about how Zogby won't do a reciprocal poll.

Well he ran against the fool John Kerry who would have been a complete disaster. No, the American people knew what they were doing there as well. The uninformed fools registered and came out this election to elect the most unqualified, and least experienced person ever to run for the office. For reasons based on image.

An NPR listener I see. The real disaster here is the attempts of using Michael Moore style "facts" as intellectual thought. I'm sure the grossly uninformed Obama voters interviewed in the video at the top of this thread eats that type of stuff up.

It's so blatantly obvious that they edited out anyone who actually answered the questions properly. That video is a load of Right Wing crap designed to say that all Obama supporters were idiots who can't wipe their own ass. I'm sorry. But I don't see this video as a truthful documentary, especially considering who sponsored it. The filmmaker is a staunch conservative supporter and therefore everything he does is going to have that slant. I wouldn't trust a word from this stuped video any more than I'd trust hearing statistics from Rush Limabaug. :nope:

I have to agree there. I never like it when the Brits do that trick to try and prove Americans are stupid but the Zogby poll on the other hand is illluminating. It also matches the impression i've gotten from the young people i've talked to.

It was certainly difficult to judge the true nature of Obama supporters based on the random ones selected for this video ... So Zogby (A Democrat) and his people were commissioned to conduct a telephone poll to ask a greater number of Obama supporters the very same questions asked of the people in the video. So I do agree with August that we should always take a video with a grain of salt. However, in this case, Zogby obtained a much larger sample for us which affords it credibility. Republicans have tried to fund a reciprocal poll for Republican voters and Zogby said he wouldn't do it. Not everyone who supported Obama are lost. Some Obama voters actually heard the warped message of "spreading the wealth" and liked it. Although they are not informed enough to understand the negative impact of that on an economy like ours. But it's apparent that there are a vast amount of uninformed people who went out and voted for this guy because of his image, rather than substance. I saw it throughout the election myself as these voters didn't even ask Obama to clarify his policies of "change". It looks like many Obama voters didn't know what they were voting for at all. How about these results from Zogby asking Dems about their candidate:
57.4% of Obama voters could not correctly say which party controls congress. 82.6% of Obama voters could not correctly say that Barack Obama won his first election by getting opponents kicked off the ballot 88.4% of Obama voters could not correctly say that Obama said his policies would likely bankrupt the coal industry and make energy rates skyrocket. 56.1% of Obama voters didn't know that Obama started his political career at the home of Bill Ayers, an unrepentant terrorist.
This shows massive gross ignorance on the part of these people. Now you have a measure of a statistically larger sample of some of the voters who went to the polls on Election Day awash in Obama hero worship.

I second that. I am leary of anything on TV, why; editing. They can show whatever they want. as for BO voters, (not in the video, just regular news) when the are pushed about why they like BO, they just give the hope/change answer. My dad voted for BO:nope: (and for the dumbest reason). I told him to "remember who YOU voted for on April 15th", when you get the checkbook out.:dead:

What I believe is that the SYSTEM is corrupted and no longer functioning and unless you make a serious changes to the system, who is an US president does not really matter. On the other hand I do have a problem with your statement about Obama's voters: You are generalizing without having any facts on hand. IMHO that's short-sighted and wrong.
Actually this is a supported poll with a large statistical sample. It is not generalizing as it's a statistical model where they got the info. And it's frightening. Actually, the facts do support the premise.
On your other stuff, the system is a good system. The problem is that it is filled with corrupt individuals. Until we bring back the concept of accountability, it will be that way.

The problem with this though is that there is not a comissioned poll out there with a large statistical sample that shows that these are the average McCain voter. Like what we've got for the Obama voters. Nothing at all. And nothing like the Zogby poll done that reflected the similar results of Obama voters in the video. A video which showed ignorance to the level it should be considered vulgar. Actually, Zogby declined to do such a poll for Republicans, because one can speculate that the differences would be stark. If Zogby thought differently, he would have jumped on the chance. Certainly, Republican activists tried to get him to do it.
Get over it Sea Demon, Obama is your chief for the next four years.<- period.
There is nothing to get over. I realize he was duly elected, but I will be watching his every move. Very closely. In addition, I only showed this video and comparative analysis from Zogby because I find it interesting how ignorant of facts about their candidate, ignorant about government, ignorant about politics in general, and driven by image so many Obama voters seemed to be. Obama won the election by playing to the emotion of the ignorant. I guess that was a good tactic on his part. A large amount of these people didn't know what the heck they were voting for, other than Obamamania.
With this video and others like this:
