Printable nomograph

Does anyone have or know where I can find a printable version of the nomograph I can keep as a hard copy?

Can't you take a screen shot of your Navmap and then print one off??

Sure, but I'm assuming that the original template used in the various mods originated somewhere and must exist as a separate file.
