Which track is that? The ISI Brianza or a real historic Monza (have been looking for that without success).
Funny I have today eyed myself the DHL skin, but found it a bit too modern.
As I see you're driving the CSL too, you don't happen by chance to own a copy of this '74 BMW Alpina, it seems to have dissappeared from the web?

I'm trying to find someone who can give me a valid link or send it to my email? Thing is, I used to drive a BMW 3 myself and I prefer it to look as "evil" as possible, so I need to get this skin.

And I am looking for a good CSL setup too, the one I use hops in the Le Mans straight like crazy.

I'm sold. :yep: Where can I buy rFactor ? :D
No, I dont have the skin, and didnt find it at nogrip either, but I started a thread there so we will see if anybody has it.:)
Nah, I dont have any setups for HGTC, I just race those cars randomly, and only against AI. Usually race with standard setup with a few tweaks.
Yes, its Brianza by ISI.

Yes, and its a great game. I have it myself, along with the sequel Race 07 + GTR Evolution and STCC.
Btw, there are a bunch of old muscle cars (among others) on the way for the HistorX mod:

Let me repost here what I wrote in the other thread: I am an old GPL player from the first hour
and only interested in historic racing. I got RFactor some days ago and procured the best mods
to bring me the 70s feeling:
Historic GT and Touring Car Mod: Lets you play all cars from GTL in rFactor (how generous!),
however you will need a GTL DVD for this mod:

Virtua LM 1970s Le Mans track: a must have! Afaik the best track I have seen in any sim,
there was something special about the 70s and this mod captures it:

Pure art. What a contrast to the bright annoying colors in most other tracks / games.
I also like the other VLM tracks Road America, Rouen. As well as the F1 '79 mod.
The sound in Rfactor is great, as for the graphics it depends on the mod, some are
outstanding, others look gamey, the AI is weak but acceptable. You need a fast PC,
a wheel (G25 preferred) and a lot of time to set up the game. If you got everything
working (e.g. I spent this whole weekend to tune ReelFeel FFB and steering to my taste)
you will realize it's great fun.
Yesterday I just had one of these wonderful moments when I drove a Tyrell F1 '79 and
suddenly began to realize fast this (F1) car is compared to the GTs, how powerful it
accelerates, I began to feel how it jumps over bumps on the road, and it was suddenly
delightful to drive it flat out around the track, a bit like riding on a wild animal. That's
pretty strange considering when I played the sim the first time it felt lifeless. It must
have to do with the perfected steering setup and the time I spent practicing.
But as I said out of the box the sim is a huge dissapointment.
@stabiz: Can you download the BMW skin from this link? I see you're a member on
that site, for me the download links are dead .. so maybe you can get it for me?

Yeah, I tried, but that link is also dead.:hmm: I posted in the thread so we`ll see.
I agree, Le Mans by Virtua is THE best track ever made for a racing sim, its breathtaking. They are working on the 80`s version now, and of course the awaited 70`s Fuji.
More HistorX to want:

I've got Race 07 and am currently quite addicted despite not having the add-ons. It's a great buy, Firewall.
That '70's Le Mans track GE posted does look sweet, but I actually think it's a little dark. Those 'bright colors' some folks complain about look normal to me. Wonder if it's taste or eyesight.:D
