Is this Quick Mission as easy as it has seemed the few times I have played it. Granted, I am playing on zero realism, but each time I have sunk the Yamato and the three Kongo-class battleships accompanying her without their escorts even thinking a thing of it. There's gotta be a catch somewhere...

LOL.... maybe

Never played this scenario but just a question. Doese realisim settings effect the efficency of and agressiveness of the escorts?

I know mods do but difficulty settings? Really I cant remember.

I doubt the realism effects the escorts, but I suppose he should try it without automatic aiming, infinite batteries, map contacts and the likes...

What about the level you play? Easy, normal, hard? I have always played normal because I assume it is, well "normal" as far as real life could be--in a sim game anyway.

Would the escorts be more agressive in "hard' or what?

I play 80% now, 1.4.

The different difficulty levels are only presets for the realism settings(ie. selecting "normal" ticks certain boxes for you), they have no other effect on the game.

Thanks for the info on that. I always wondered.
