All you need to do is select a file hosting server such as file front. Put the file there. The put a 'public' link in your post :know:

yes filefront is a good place to upload stuff because they dont put time limits to delete stuff so your stuff is safe to stay there without vanishing one day because its 3 weeks old or something. filefront has an ad you need to click to skip the ad most of the time but its not a big deal and its a safe place to use.

whater site you choose to upload your stuff please make sure they have free public access to anyone so registration isnt needed.
