Thanks mate! Quick, short, to-the-point! Currently playing GWX 2.0 with mods unloaded via JSGME - assume I can load 2.1 as long as I am content losing current carrer and start new?

Not entirely sure if the 2.0->2.1 jump makes your career broken or not to be honest.

When I upgraded to 2.1 it was after having just come back to the game so I was starting from scratch anyway.

Although not recommended by the GWX crew, there are a lot of Kaleuns who have found that their GWX 2.0 careers are compatible with GWX 2.1.

You do risk CTDs, but it's worth the risk if you have a favourite career that you are loath to lose.

That is correct. As a rule of thumb if a carrer is located at a base/flotilla that has not been altered by 2.1 version then you will not have problems.
