I am loving the Torpedo Damage mod. I attacked a tramp steamer with my last torpedo as I left the channel. Check out the results: A massive gaping hole in the bottom of the boat from an explosion so big, it pierced the opposite corner of the hull!

Too bad the boat didn't sink. Amazing how tough those small ships can be.

Well, a center shot like that shown has a much higher probability of causing a catastrophic explosion or breaking a ship in two, at least in my experience (using GWX). Outside of that though, it seems to take the longest to cause flooding. Like many others here I prefer a bow shot.

I have also found that to be the case. I don't like to try that on attacks over 8 km such as this one.

8km?! :o I've never even tried shooting anything beyond 4km.

You just made a perfect shot, close to the keel causing massive damage and the blast going up into the ship.

Thanks! I was just wasting my last torpedo as I left the channel. I figured I had nothing to loose but an unused fish.
Downloaded and installed, what a cool mod!
