SH3 and PPI radar

the last radar in the sim (dont remember the name and only in the XXI) mentions that it had a PPI display. is it really modeled in the sim? or is it stil the stock tube radar display?

The screen is always the same, regardless of radar type.

I can never get the radar to.. do anything in the 3D view. I even point it on Focus mode at a visual target's bearing and I get nothing. I've tried pointing it at the bearing of a hydrophone contact as well, and nothing. Grr.

It has been fixed in GWX2. I can see the contact and its range by pointing the radar to the ship (when I'm surfaced, of course).

Odd, I'm using GWX 2.1 and not seeing that...
