I've noticed a problem with my game and while it's mostly aesthetic it's driving me crazy.
No matter what boat I use, the dials and officers report fuel loads as though I were in a Type II, same for the 'Maximum range at current speed' report. I still have the amount of fuel a type VII (my current boat) should have, it's just that the dials will read empty and the engineer will tell me we're out of diesel when we're clearly not. Obviously this makes it impossible to know when I'll really run dry.
I'm curently using GWX2.1, SH3Gen, SH3Commander and a few little visua effects mods with JSGME, none of which modify the mechanics behind the subs are far as I'm aware. I made sure to rollback SH3Commander and have tried deleting profiles and starting fresh, but to no avail.
I know there are cfg files which allow the modification of the parameters of the boats. Can I fix this through these, and if so,any pointers?
