Neal in my opinion the best way to broadcast is through VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

You select the input option. Set the webcam and mic for sound.. And broadcast to whatever.

There is an option for the moderator when you right-click on someone's name on the userlist called "Require Ustream registration in order to chat". :hmm:

As for banning, you can do that by right-clicking on the poor bastards name, no need to type the command. :up:
