Just back from a midnight walk on the beach with the dog, decided to go down and watch the QE2 leave the river of her birthplace for the last time, a shame to see the last of the real ocean liners sail off into retirement (especially since she is almost exactly the same age as me). She looked like a moving city of light against the Isle of Arran.
The BBC has some nice footage (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/7653638.stm) of her earlier today at Greenock, tens of thousands of people visited her there today, whilst the dog and I were the only ones lucky enough to see her from the beach!
