Where to find U-boat Missions for sale?

Does anybody know where I could buy a cheap copy of UBM (DVD, not a download) online in the US? I have searched but saw only copies available outside of the US.

I already saw it. Unfortunately that is a download. I am looking for hardcopy DVD.

I don't believe the DVD version of the add-on is available in the US unless you get it in the bundle pack or the Gold Edition (which, of course, means buying the entire game again).
