A new version of this solid software has been released less than a week ago. It comes very handy if you want to find out with a click of a button what the sky around you right now is looking like if you step in front of your door or look out of the window.

Really nice software. Try it. Not as complex as Cellestia, but easier to handle, and looking nice.

Looks interesting.

Ive still been using Cartes du Ceil http://www.stargazing.net/astropc/

Great for plotting star charts and planning observation sessions.

Ill give this one a look too when I get home.

Thanks.

I love Stellarium. That piece of software is a MUST for any amature astronomer out there. I've used it for years and it's a real time saver.
