There's so many better and much more fun things to do than stuff you can be arrested for and it's really not that hard to not be arrested. People who get arrested time and time again completely befuddle me. I mean.. serously. It's NOT THAT HARD to stay out of jail !

As it turns out, Henry has been arrested far more than 1000 times. That's just based on the criminal records that are available online, which goes back to 1982 according to The Smoking Gun.
