A sad day

It has been a busy day at home.Children are back at school and youngest is doing entry exams for local secondary school.She came home and was telling wife and I about the tests when I managed to knock my subsim mug off the kitchen table.It broke the handle off and there was tea all over the floorboards!Our dog ran for his bed as he is not a great fan of Twinings and I picked the shattered remains of my favourite mug up and put the pieces in the bin.Daughter had not had a good day with the tests either,and my shareholding in the bank HBOS is now basically worth only pennies.
Oh well ,there is always tomorrow.

That's why I only drink hot water, and keep the precious tea separate and in safety.

I simply put the tea in my mouth, then pour boiling water on it, filter it with my teeth and then enjoy the goodness. Or I use one of my Rock beer mugs to make it in, a free mug comes with each 8-pack of beer so I have a steady supply :)

Anyways, Linton, look at the bright side: your day can only get better

Rock beer, we used to have that in our national booze company but I think they stopped importing it. Good stuff.

Who would drink that crud? I'd rather drink the water out of a toilet bowl than that stuff [tea] - tastes the same.

You need some Crumpets with your tea, dude. It gets rid of the BAD taste of the tea [which stains your teeth]. This will fix your woes, see? :
