I remember playing bass back in my old punk rock days. I would end up pretty much ripping the tips of my fingers off and getting blood all over the guitar. It hurt like hell, but hey... it was a punk band so the blood splashing all over the guitar fit perfectly ! :D

I'm glad I went to electric guitar and synthisizers. Much easier on the fingertips.

Here's a couple short one's of me in the studio a while back. I was warming up and the engineer gave me the snippets after the session was done for the day. It's Very rough stuff--like I said--warming up.

I really like this guys playing but I never worked on that style myself. I consider it a jazz fusion and--well--I suck at jazz :yep:! This guy certainly has talent though! Could never get all my fingers to be that coordinated!

Feel free to tell me I suck :hmm:. I ain't the player I once was--just do some studio stuff now and again when someone is short a bass player.
