Camera problems

Hi all

SH4 patched to 1.5 here. For some strange reason my freecam won't raise/lower using home/end keys. I'm modded using RFB v1.5. Is anybody else having this prob, I tried just 'bout every key on my kb but nothin seems to work :damn:

Have you tried clicking to get rid of the cursor then using the mouse in combo with the arrow keys?

I haven't noticed any similar problem but have you tried activating the Num lock and and raise or lower it with the numpad keys 7 and 1?

The 'chase' cam works very differently with RFB it takes some getting used to. The free cam is also a bit different. It definatly is slower to pan / move. It appears to be configed to match a torpedoes speed where before it was faster than the torp.

I personally never used the 'raise / lower' keys, I just aimed in the direction I wanted to go and either backed out or er... fowarded out and spin the cam around. With the click, mouse / arrow keys as mentioned above.

@tomoose : Yes that works ok, but I mean being able to raise and lower the camera rather than as SteamWake describes. I'm guessing he has hit the nail on the head and the freecam is modded.

@mcf1 : Have tried this option also shipmate but alas it doesn't work either.

Guess I'll just have to get used to the new freecam :lol:
