The submarine was dismantled and scrapped, the two reactors defuelled, the fuel sent to Mayak.
The empty reactor sections were towed away to a storage area in Saida bay

Saida bay, the things at the piers are reactor compartments of decomissioned SSNs.
On the peninsula, you have the new storage facility under construction, where a few reactor compartments are allready stored on land.
