On one nice movie on youtube I see that Admiral Donitz have ribbons on its uniform but I never see that German officers/solders use ribbons on its uniforms:hmm:.

Does someone know more about ribbons which are used by KM/OkW? :know:

I will upload pictures very soon.

Every navy is the same: When wearing full dress uniforms at official functions all the medals are worn.

When in 'Undress' uniforms, such as when working in an office environment or when off duty, and in town, ribbons are worn.

When wearing standard working uniforms, such as when actually doing physical work on shore, or when at sea, they are not worn.
