Problems with S-boot mod

I have installed the s-boot mod on SH3 with no other mods. but when I try to play carreer, it crashes to the desktop. Is there a solution?

I had the same problem until I'd gotten GWX. Apparently it works only with the GWX2.1 mod. Dunno about NYGM or the others' compatibility.

Yep. Very first thing it says.
The mod is based on GWX 2.1, it may work on other supermods but is not "really" compatible.
Also, and more important, did you install the other stuff it says is required?
