A man is driving in Washington DC.

Suddenly he is flagged down by an excited pedestrian.

The pedestrian tells the driver "Something terrible has happened. al Qaeda has kidnapped Bush Cheney and Condi and are holding them ransom. They threaten to douse them in gasoline and set them on fire unless the citizens can raise 3 million dollars in the next hour!"

The driver exclaims "I have a little on me, how much are people donating?"

The pedestrian says "most people are donating a gallon."

I don't get it. I don't think most people would donate that much.

Well with the prices of gasoline I would imagine that the average donation would be a litre.

George Bush is being giving his daily briefing, he is told that yesterday 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed.

"OH NO!" the President exclaims. "That's terrible!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as the President sits, head in hands.

Finally he looks up with a devastaded expression on his face and he asks, "How many is a brazillion?'
