:D I love it! I envy your friend. It would be a nice change of pace from driving DASH-944 diesels. Is it only for passenger service?
Is there an accompanying article somewhere?

There is even a sub connection. Many of the parts where built by the same
people who build the UK's nuke.subs.

Only the UK makes such beautiful, streamlined trains.

Yay Finaly those diesel trains are not the only things running on the rails.:D To bad the N&S RR will not allow at least one passenger steam train.

Aaah, Tornado, I remember when they started work on her eighteen years ago :) Not only the first Steam loco built from scratch for 50 years, but the only A1 Peppercorn Pacific about, the entire class was scrapped at the end of steam. I look forward to seeing her on the main line :D
