Hey Neal, I saw your're having some wild weather down there:o . On one of the news reports they said Galveston, so I trust all of the hatches are closed at the southern command center.;)

I bet he's fine. Maximum sustained winds never really got above 35-40mph near land. It started to weaken almost as soon as it hit the coast, too.

:) I know what you mean. I remember back in the `05 hurricane season, with Charley, Francis, and Jeane (and Ivan, but that one wasn't near me), that the news reporters were going nuts over the storms. If it were up to them, they probably would have evacuated the whole state, no doubt.
