HUATULCO, Mexico — Mexico's navy seized a homemade submarine carrying a drug shipment off the Pacific coast on Wednesday and arrested its four-man crew.

You know, assuming they did manage to get a Boomer to use for smuggling "missile silos for extra coke storage" it would all be fun and games until one of them tried to cook his tortillas or empanadas using the reactor core and the food grew at a rate of 1.356 per quarter hour exposed per 80 rems.
