Installing mods question ?

Hi Aii
I am at present reinstalling my game due to program problem ( thanks to bigboy wooly for all the help ) the problem is installing mods?,
ie, i want to install AOTD-AA-SHIP-SCHLEUSE-BUGFIX but it JSGME says ALTERNATIVE FLOTILLAS has been altered ?,can i enable it any way or will it cause a conflict .
i am trying to enable SCHLEUSE-BRUNSBUTTEL-HOLTENAU when i enable and start game after a while it crashes to desktop i am using SHCommander an not sure which file to install the readme file is in German which i am not great at.
And finally when you enable a mod and you get SOMETHING HAS BEEN ALTERED can you enable or are you asking for problems

The AOTD-AA-SHIP-SCHLEUSE-BUGFIX already has the SCHLEUSE-BRUNSBUTTEL-HOLTENAU so dont need

I think JSGME is just telling you a file has already changed when adding the first mod
The Flotilla cfg offhand I remember
I use the Alternative flotilla with no problem
If you use alternative flotilla mod read the documentation with it for SH3commander users
