Offical SH4 Forum Error

Hi all


I al having trouble logging into the offical SH4 forum each time i access the forum it show up briefly and then it shows a blank page and says systen error. i have contacted Ubisoft 4 times to get some help and i have not received any responce so i have turned here to get some help.

I am using Vista 32bit and internet explorer 7.0 (i think)

Any help would be appreciated

Actually, you could try going to "Internet options" > "Browsing history" and delete temporary files and cookies.

You could also try "Restore advanced settings" under "advanced" tab. As a last resort you could try "Reset", but; "you should only use this if your browser is in an unusable state."

Have you recently changed ANYTHING in your profile, especially your zip code? RealJambo has said something about a change in the forum setup has caused many people who update their profile to not be able to log into the forum.

i have not changed a thing all i did was log on to post and the system error showed and now can not view the forum page

Might have a look over at Guru3D, maybe start a thread there. They might have some more suggestions. Not to experienced when it comes to this stuff. ;)

I'm not poking fun at the UBI forums but sometimes I have difficulty siging in if at all. The page always loads slow no matter what computer I'm on. I think it is just the site itself. Not to be funny, one day I got angry over the slow loading and stated looking for a different sub forum. I ended up here at Subsim. The rest is history.

I have the same problem as Wedgie. longtime lurker on both forums but no way to contact the mods at the ubi forums to notify them of the problem.
RJ has now asked to post here if you have this specific issue so he can modify the account.
My username is the same on both forums.

Yeah, i have the same user name for both forums. I hope they get it fixed soon as there are some good advice found in that ubisoft forum, not to say that this forum isn't, its just that most people that are veterans of the game visit the offical forum more and post.
