The 1.5 CO2 Problem/solution

Just got 1.5 and recall seeing something about the co2 lvl when surfaced. Search didnt show anything. What is the solution to that bug? Thanks.

As I recall, you have to save the game while surfaced, quit out of the game, then restart the game and load the saved game.

I ran into this bug once. Never happened again. Strange really.

Okay, what I had to do is save while surfaced and then exit to the Main Menu. When I re-entered the career the co2 problem was gone. If I saved and then re-entered without going to the Main Menu the problem was still there.

I've ran into it a few times and both times just simply saved and reloaded without ever completely exiting.

I read somewhere that you should surface by clicking on the CO2 icon. I have been doing this since day one, and have never seen this bug.

Yes, clicking that icon will surface the boat and clear up the CO2 problem.

It may clear it up sometimes, but it has not worked for me. Saving on the surface, completely exiting the game and then starting it again fixed it though. I guess try the CO2 icon surfacing, if that doesn't work save and restart.
