The small ones are possibly the OC pellet guns, or like you suggested using rubber bullets. Thats a crowd control formation, sans the segways.

Well, the photo is quite weird showing the hostages themselves... Usually the hostages arn't allowed to look out from the window and know what is happening outside that little hut

If I'm right, SAMs were deployed in Athens Olympic and the police did drilled in anti terrorist trainings but the photos arn't spreaded arount net like this one

I don't know what is so funny about that Segways --- I know it looks strange, but it is just a modernized bicycle in China. Ordinary bicycle gives an impression of old fashioned and "low tech" so they change it to a high tech one

Flamethrowers... I guess it is to breach strongholds and covers just like what Americans did in battle of Iwo Jima. (I believe flash grenades would have done the same purpose in a less harmful way through, but anyway, all terrorist caught will be executed, so it makes no difference)

I wonder why executing them in the scene is wrong... You guys do have snipers in police force. For example, in a hostage crisis, if all negotiation attempts fails, and the kidnapper threatens to kill the hostage, a sniper will be used to remove the threat (by sending a bullet into the kidnapper)

So any trials done? Nope. Bad guys involved killed? Yes

Furthermore, the evidence is clearly against the terrorist, when he carries out such an offensive act. So, why can't he be killed in the place?

I just wonder what is the problem of "MAKE IN CHINA". Do you really dare to declare yourself free of any Chinese made stuff? The computer that you are using is definitely made in China or other developing countries, I can almost assure, let alone other "low tech" products
