Anyone Else Having Trouble Getting U-boats Addon?

Neither the D2D site thru subsim nor ubisoft (they use d2d for this addon so it's the same bottle neck) will sell me the game. I have tried 2 different, valid credit cards but I keep getting a message that there is a problem with my order and to contact accountservices@ign.com. I have messaged them but expect no help. WTF??

I bought mine through ubi.com and had the same problem. When the contact you back they'll provide an alternate link to a multi 5 versions.

I still don't understand why they don't have a disc version available for purchase. I keep checking Best Buy and Circuit City hoping to find it.

I responded in the 'Buying it through SubSim' thread that I was having the same problem. D2D wouldn't let me buy it. I contacted them and the girl in charge was very helpful, but they still couldn't get it to work for me.

I tried STEAM, but they wanted me to download the whole thing ("You have to use our version of SH4 or it won't work"); then I read some more about STEAM, and I'm staying away from them.

I looked on Ebay, and they had some, but they were in Singapore and Bangkok. While I was thinking about it someone else posted this:

I've already placed my order, but if it becomes available through Amazon I'll gladly cancel and reorder through SubSim.

Either way, in a little over a month I'll have a boxed set of the combined Gold version! WOOHOO!:()1:

For reasons I don't understand and can't solve, I am unable to get authorization from either D2D (through this site) or Ubisoft to download the U-boat addon patch. Something to do with my public domain email address or something.

If one of you who have access to a download site such as FileFront would be willing to make this addon available to me for download I will pay you $20. Just pm me your address.
