MipMap problems

Hello there. Sorry for bad english. I have NV 7600 AGP Video Card and I see waves flickering at distance. I suspect it is a Mip Map problems. I use enviromental 4.4 mod.
does anybody had faced with same problem?

Try adjusting mip map quality in your vid controls and let us know how it works out.

Thanks for assistance. The problem was solved due-to installing U-boat addon. Maybe its graphical engine has reworked especialy in water rendering.
