Hi everybody,
This is truly a unique forum! I have been a fan of submarines since i was a little boy :D
I'm from Belgium and if i would live in America i would join the Navy!!
Since thats not possible i'll just keep myself busy with subsims.
My first subsim game was back in 1997 Jane's 688(I) Hunter Killer what a great game it was :)
I still have the manual a must have!
I also played Tiger Shark not a simulator but sill a great game!
Then i had Silent Hunter 1,2,3 and 4.
Sub Command and Dangerous Waters are also in my collection :D
I still play Sub Command because some genius made the ohio class playable thank you!
And i also wanna thank everybody on this forum that made these games even better with there mods and stuff :) Because of you i still play these games while other games are long forgotten
Your dedication is much appreciated!!!
Welcome to the loony bin.

I am from the UK GMT london time.
Right i best go pick my crew up from the pub and get them to sea for training exercises.
Should be intresting battle comrade captain but i warn you my crew are highly trained and not paid with patatoes and cabbage they put to sea regularly and often track western submarines :D

True but one thing that doesnt escape the stallions are boomers i figure il watch some subs come out of kings bay and then just follow them as i normaly do seems that some skippers make no attempt to muffle or evade me (dumb AI) untill i got caught out that was by the Rhode Island.

I would personally feel much safer going up against an Akula in a Los Angeles or a Seawolf (Or the Mighty Dinghy II, for that matter) than in a boomer...
