Radar?

After watching the 'Dick O'Kane' video by RockinRobbin, I realised I never have any radar blips? on the nav map. All I get is the small square indicating the ship/convoy. So I am puzzled as to why I have no radar indication of ship direction.

You may not be zooming in tight enough on the map to see the individual radar blips in addition to being close enough. Also, make sure you are playing your career past the end of Sept '42 when the surface radar gets activated. If that doesn't do it, it's a mod to blame.

I thought, as my radar is on, that it is active. At this time, I'm in June '42, so I shall check this out.
