Fellow kaleuns,
I'm abit new to the mod business (I'm amazed I got GWX to work!), but there are so many good looking mods, I just have to install some.
I have recently downloaded the Milkcow and Lifeboat mods, however, I'm not sure how to install them. Do I just drag the downloaded folder into the Mods directory or something?
All help is appreciated!
I did a search on how to install mods, but couldn't find any, sorry if it has actually been answered.

Milkcow mod! Why do you need that?
There in GWX2.1
You need to open the zip folder or 7zip first then place them in your MODS Folder and activate vile your JSGME.

lo Frank
first mate....make sure you have jsgme downloaded and installed.
once you run this programme it creates a folder called "mods" in your c/prog files/ubisoft/sh3 folder.
next d/l the desired mods into that folder and unzip them there.
return to the sh3 folder and click the jsgme icon.
the mod should show on the left panel.
activate the mod and youre good to go.
p.s some mods should be activated only when back in port "in game"
hope this helps

JSGME is already included in GWX2.1...as are the milch cows (STEEDS post).
If your going to use the lifeboats mod, go for the third version (the rowers).
