Well, YAT (Yet another truce), this time between Israel and Hamas:

Oops! YAL (Yet Another Loophole)... Seems to me that everytime the a truce or ceasefire is agreed to, "someone else" jumps up out of the background, grabs some media attention and then trashes the deal...
