Problem after loading savegame in campaign mode

Hi here, I've got a "little" problem after loading savegame, it happends from time to time. After loading savegame I can play from 5 to 15 seconds and then "death screen" is popping up saying that "U-boat abandoned mission" and my carrer is over. No matter how many saves I make(surfaced, no enemy activity on surface or in the air), every savegame within at least approximately 12 hours of game time give the same result :/ No matter what mod do I use - still the same result at random...I've restarted campaign XXXXXXXXXXXX times, sometimes it happends after 3rd patrol, sometimes after 11th. I've tried US version, I've tried European version, all patched to 1.4b - still the same...anyone had the same problem and know the solution?

follow the steps the helpfull guys gave me
but before u install the game make sure to remove any SH3 game trainers from your pc
i used to use pztrain trainer i believe that what cause the problem after i removed it from my pc i dont have that problem any more
