Yeah, there has been a major naval build up between the 2 nations the last 10 years. Scary stuff.

As long as it stays a cold war that's good. It is when cold wars start to warm up that it starts getting bad.

If it gets hot, I hope India maintains their name in the ocean!

FYI, this isn't exactly new. They have long viewed each other suspiciously, and it has gone hot in the past.
