I will never sink HMS Prince of Wales as one of my Dads Uncles was on her as a marine. He survived the sinking in India.
I don't attack sailboats as I am very fond of sailing and used to live on a sloop. :sunny:

I only refuse to sink Tirpitz and Bismark
I did sink the Lutzow in Kiel harbor, but that was an accident...

I usually don't sink fishing boats & small craft. It just doesn't seem fair.
All Axis ships, never touch them. :rotfl:

I doubt there's a ship I haven't sunk during the development and testing phases of various versions og GW and GWX.
The one possible exception may be the Graf Spee http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/1817/thinkbigsw1yo4.gif

Hospital ships, neutral shipping and of course German ships. I try to play as honourably as I can.

Neutral, Axis, and Hospital Ships are never priority targets.
If BdU orders me to sink them... I'll sink them.:arrgh!:

recently I experienced the problem between switching between SH4 and SH3.
I had this nice Japanese cargo ship. Nice course. Primo attack position. Time to send that yellow peril down to Davy Jones' locker.
Oops, I am playing SH3
Rats! Tough to let that one get away. :damn:

At least you noticed before you pulled the trigger. Then it would have been a much bigger "OOPS!":dead:

You'll find a few Japanese in-game, and even some of them flying different countries flags (in particular if you d/l the community ships mod).

I will never sink Hospital Ships or small vessels like sloop, fishing boats, trawlers. These fishermen have nothing to do with this war...
And I'd don't want to potentially draw attention to my boat by sinking a couple of tons worth of shipping anyway

A large juicy neutral Tanker early in the war is hard to pass up.

I don`t sink Hospital ships, having recovered from wounds on one myself, axis ships, I do sink fishing boats, and tugs, don`t know if they report you if spotted, in this sim. Puts

Unless it's got its lights turned on, or a Red Cross symbol it's going to rest on the bottom of the ocean.

I sink anything and every thing I see.
I do wild shots, odd ball aiming points, what ifs.
You name it.
I do that so when someone has a question about how and why
about said unit?
I'm a head of the game so to speak.
My job is to answer questions.
To answer said questions?
I sink everything unlss it sinks me first.

Funny thing that reminded me of this thread, last night I'm in a DuckIID, Black Sea and spot a ship. Turns out it's a Russian Sloop. 1st thought; what the frack is a sail boat doing in a war zone? Then the Luftwaffe shows up, 4-bombers and they start blasting away. They have this little sloop bouncing about, tossing and turning, and doing Olympic twists in the air. Bombs, gunfire, and she still didn't do down.
Well that was just embarrasing, so I finished it off with the flak gun. :arrgh!:
As a finnish citizen, it would be very hard to sink finnish vessels, even in 1944-45 when Finland was at war with Germany.
Neutrals and axis are of course out of question, but small hostile ships are not! My favourite kill is an 8-ton sloop, which faced it's end with one TII. It became propably the first man-made vessel to reach space ;)

well, for me, if it flys the wrong colors, it sinks, if it's neutral and facing the wrong way, it sinks. None shall pass. But I don't hunt DD's or DE's, because unless everything is favorable, I sink.

That's hilarious. At 8 tons, what would happen if I rammed? Not worth the ammo but still.. watching some jerk sporting around in a sailboat when I'm out there dodging ashcans fills me with rage. RAMMING SPEED!!
