The National Geographic Channel recently had a documentary about that video. I didn't watch it, though. I have seen the Battle At Kruger before and it is amazing.

I had seen this before but cut down for TV. Full length is brilliant, amazing standoffs when the cavalry turned up. Looked a lot like humans squaring up to each other in riots, except of course they're just food and prey:hmm:

I wonder what the mommy water buffalo said to the herd to get them riled enough to go after a gang of lioness's? Never underestimate the power of a mother.:)
