If you're like me, and can't stand watching video on the web, I advise to watch it anyway, there's an intensity that really doesn't come across in print.

Olberman is an elitist gossip type talking head. He speaks to the leftwing base who can do nothing but slander, thus his typical tirades against other rightwing targets that he normally shreds on his show daily. Just watch his segment called worst person of the day, it typically involves slamming someone associated with the current administration or republican party in general. I still have not seen any solutions offered by the left for any problem, except empty rhetoric, which doesn't solve any problems.

So he's a mirror of Rush Limbaugh?
So he's a mirror of Rush Limbaugh?
Not really. Limbaugh at least has a sense of humor.

So he's a mirror of Rush Limbaugh?
No, atleast Limbaugh has reasoned and well thought out and common sense replies to his opponents, and politicians he disagrees with. He has even disagreed with the right-wing establishment policies in the past.

Let's not go to far. Rush is as partisan as Olbermann, he just uses mockery instead of rage.

Kieth Olbermann is saying in this everything that I've been saying for years.
It would be interesting to see him in the same room with Ruch Limbaugh.

He works for MSNBC.
He came up with a scathing special commentary of Hillary Clinton on not firing Geraldine Ferraro fast enough.
The best part of his antics were at the end of his Special commentary when he yelled it with passionate indignation:
"YOU MUST REJECT AND DENOUNCE GERALDINE FERRARO!"
A short time later after the Wright story he looked like a hurt puppy dog when He interviewed Obama and Obama refused to denounce Wright. :D
He is laughable to say the least.

I think that it is important to keep in mind that both Rush Limbaugh and Keith Olbermann are entertainers more than journalists.
Each as their own audience and they play to them. I enjoy watching Keith Olbermann. I used to enjoy listening to Rush Limbaugh back when he was funny.
But I would never go to either of them for any serious examination of the issues.
People should watch them for entertainment, if they find either of them entertaining.

Not as laughable as this screaming child:

Careful now, Bill. You won't get any dessert if you scream curses at the show crew.

Limbaugh's sense of humor resembles that of a pig. Like Bill O'Reilly, if he doesn't get his way, he throws a fit/temper tantrum. Really quite amusing when he has to cut off callers who disagree with him.:rotfl:

I don't know much about his commentaries in the past or anything else he has ever said.
On this topic, this one special comment, I couldn't agree with him more. He said it better than I ever could have and I completely agree with every word, and the emotion. He may be an actor, entertainer, journalist, or whatever, but whoever wrote this piece probably summed up the feeling of every intelligent decent American.
A few days ago Jay Leno commented that Bush has hit an all time record low with his approval rating. It was lower than any President in history. 29%
The scary part is that 29% of Americans approve of and agree with Bush. That scares the hell out of me.

These types of shows get on my nerves so much. Why can't they just tell the news and shut the frak up. I don't care what Olberman, or any other of those show hosts think about the news. They come from both ends of the political spectrum, and they are all annoying.

Because manipulating news, hiding and distorting facts isn't good enough. Besides knowing only what you're supposed to know, you need to turn on the TV to know what you're supposed to think.
Who needs a plug in the neck to be trapped, I mean, connected to The Matrix?
