Some weeks ago, I had the pleasure of discovering the writings of probably the most glorious Kaleuns ever to set foot in a U-boat, kaleun J.S. Balz.
I was inspired by the amazing skill and detirmination with which herr Balz leads his fearless crew/choir into battle, and out of it again (but mostly in!).
Recently, I have been told that this Hero of the Reich is currently vanashing the Royal Navy in the new asset, GWX2.1, therefore, I was wondering if there were any more patrol logs, scribbles, letters or even random hoochie-woochies from Balz?
Surely he will have bagged a few Nelsons, several convoys (without being part of a wolfpack ofcourse) and a ridiculous amount of tankers.

Hope to hear from you and your sweet voiced hoochie-woochi-of-a choir soon!

Well, you know what they say: One kaleuns Hero of the Reich is another kaleuns loud-mouthed braggart!:rotfl:

I assume you've read Balz's earlier (later?) adventures? If not, just use Advanced Search. Put in Balz as the subject, Thread Titles Only, and Brag as the Poster. You'll read more Balz$#!+ than you ever thought possible.

I did that already, I've read every single Balz-file I could find on the boards!
That's what made me ask for more

Well, we'll just have to wait for more, then! Meanwhile, I'll be getting Brag's book when I have the money. You know Christian Science Monitor gave it a recommendation, and Amazon put it at the top of their 'Espionage Thrillers' list.

Or at least that's the way Brag tells it.:rotfl:

If the book is nearly as well-written as Balz's logs, I will surely purchase it! But for now I'm waiting eagerly for more Balzification

you shouldn't have to wait long, sooner of later he'll write in about his latest patrol and insisting that he's given a Type IX (for the acoustics).

To keep you happy for now, heres one of his more (in)famous phrases; "Hoochie-Woochie!"

He wants a Type IXC for the acoustics...not just any old Type IX...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm wondering if he ever finished the song 'meet you in Balzimore, you hoochie-woochie'
Love to hear it someday!
