Where is this patch it seems to have been in Beta stage for ever.

I've heard the reason is that they're working 500% with BoB.

4.09 is being worked by an 3rd party group, so SoW has nothing to do with it being late. Like Xab said, I'm thinking too that it wont be coming.

Tho, not that I care about it, there's really nothing new to it now that there's mods that can already do what the 4.09 is supposed to do.

The Slovakia map in 4.09 is just amazing (The Winter version that Kratos linked even more, in fact), shame they're not releasing it yet... :cry:
