I like Garfield cartoons, have done for ages now, but I discovered something new the other day:

Garfield Minus Garfield.

Who would have guessed that when you remove Garfield from the Garfield comic strips, the result is an even better comic about schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and the empty desperation of modern life? Off-topic: looking at two screencaps in this thread, I just realised how it is possible to change to two other colour schemes for this forum, and it's amazing how fast, I got back to the smartdark version. Acustomed as I am.

The same thing for the Garfield cartoon: It's not the same without Garfield, not at all. It's the face expressions of Garfield which are funny most of the times. Acustomed to see it...
