This may interest some people here. MIT has opened up some of its old course material for public use and viewing. You can basically do the whole course if you want to (even though obviously its not accredited)
There's a huge variety of subjects and areas for you to choose from. From Nazi Germany to Nuclear Physics.
Check it out, it might be worth trying some of it so you can boast! ;)
